As we continue expanding across Madhya Pradesh, we are looking for ambitious and experienced Solar Sales Professionals who can contribute to our growth journey.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in rooftop solar sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal discussions, and project closures.

This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a deep understanding of solar products and solutions.

Candidates without prior solar industry experience will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

• Generate new business opportunities through field activities, networking, references, and direct customer interactions

• Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, industries, and business owners

• Explore new market opportunities and customer segments

Customer Engagement

• Meet prospective customers and understand their energy requirements

• Conduct site visits and preliminary assessments

• Present solar solutions and explain system benefits

• Explain electricity bill savings, return on investment (ROI), and long-term financial benefits

• Address customer concerns and provide technical clarifications

• Deliver professional sales presentations

Sales Conversion

• Coordinate with the design and technical teams for proposal preparation

• Present quotations and project proposals

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Gather customer feedback and market insights

• Stay updated with solar technology developments and government policies

• Identify opportunities for business expansion

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of rooftop solar systems

• Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, structures, and balance of system components

• Understanding of net metering processes

• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Customer-focused approach

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct solar industry experience

• Experience working in a Solar EPC, Solar Rooftop, Solar Distribution, Solar Module, or Solar Inverter company

• Own two-wheeler

• Valid driving license

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits

• Strong local market understanding

• Must be based in Indore or nearby areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• B.Tech Preferred

• MBA Preferred

• Previous experience in residential rooftop solar sales

• Experience in commercial and industrial solar project sales

• Existing network within the solar industry will be an added advantage
