About The Opportunity

looking for young, energetic and motivated graduates/diploma holders who are interested in building a career in B2B Sales and Business Development .

The selected candidates will receive training and will be responsible for promoting and selling:

HDPE Pipes
LDPE Films
LDPE Sheets
Plastic Polymer Products
Products for Industrial Agricultural applications

Key Responsibilities

Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and industrial customers.
Generate new business opportunities and leads through field visits.
Promote and sell HDPE Pipes, LDPE Films Sheets and other polymer products.
Develop and maintain dealer and distributor networks.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders and deliveries.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience who have:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate effectively with dealers, distributors and customers.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Any Graduate
Diploma holders
BBA / B.Com / B.Sc.
B.E. / B.Tech candidates interested in Sales Business Development
