We're Hiring | Field Sales Executive / Sales Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager

Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in NBFC, Financial Services, or Fintech Join our growing team and be part of a dynamic organization driving business financing solutions across India!

Locations: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Indore, Surat, Ahmedabad & Vadodara

Experience: 2–9 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)

CTC: 3 – 6 LPA/ 5-9LPA

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Fintech

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire corporate anchors, distributors, and dealers across FMCG, FMEG, and other industries

Promote and explain lending products to distributors and channel partners

Support anchor onboarding, proposals, client meetings, and relationship management

Sign service agreements and expand distributor networks

Conduct regular field visits and manage distributor relationships

Ensure timely repayment collections and portfolio health

Guide distributors through application and onboarding processes

Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and Head Office teams for smooth execution

Develop and implement business growth strategies

Maintain sales pipeline, lead data, and monthly reporting

What We're Looking For:

2–4 years of field sales experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Lending, or Financial Services

Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and distributor engagement

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
