About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive business growth across multiple lending products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients seeking financing solutions, with a focus on business and commercial lending segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Supply Chain Finance
- Loans for Manufacturing Companies
- B2B Financing Solutions
- Working Capital Loans for Traders and Trading Companies
- Build relationships with business owners, manufacturers, distributors, traders, and corporate clients.
- Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services sales.
- Strong understanding of lending products and business financing solutions.
- Existing network among SMEs, MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, distributors, or corporate clients is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–8+ years of experience in loan sales, financial products, or B2B sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for junior roles.
