Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to drive business growth across multiple lending products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients seeking financing solutions, with a focus on business and commercial lending segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for:
  • Personal Loans
  • Business Loans
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Loans for Manufacturing Companies
  • B2B Financing Solutions
  • Working Capital Loans for Traders and Trading Companies
  • Build relationships with business owners, manufacturers, distributors, traders, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services sales.
  • Strong understanding of lending products and business financing solutions.
  • Existing network among SMEs, MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, distributors, or corporate clients is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet business targets.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–8+ years of experience in loan sales, financial products, or B2B sales.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered for junior roles.
