Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Field Sales Executive who can confidently approach business owners and corporate clients.

This role involves on-ground outreach and cold meetings, executed in a respectful, consultative, and corporate manner. The focus is on building meaningful business relationships and presenting solutions—not aggressive or pushy selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional cold meetings to introduce company solutions
  • Understand client requirements and identify relevant use cases
  • Visit commercial areas, offices, and business hubs to connect with decision-makers (owners, founders, managers)
  • Generate and qualify leads through field interactions
  • Schedule and conduct follow-ups, demos, or meetings (in-person/virtual)
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and daily activity reports
  • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams for conversions
  • Represent the company with a polished and corporate communication style
  • Nature of Work Field-based role involving direct business visits and outreach
  • Approach should be:

  • Non-intrusive and non-aggressive
  • Requirements 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / corporate sales
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Confident, presentable, and professional personality
  • Ability to initiate conversations with business owners
  • Good listening and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a structured approach
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, digital products, or service-based selling
  • Exposure to corporate or SME client interactions
  • Understanding of consultative selling techniques
