Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Executive based in Raipur. The role involves managing and driving sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include market analysis, achieving sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and generating leads through fieldwork. The individual will also represent the company at meetings, client discussions, and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to meet targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis and Lead Generation techniques.
  • Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients.
  • Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to handling challenges in the field.
  • Familiarity with the solar energy sector or related industries is a plus.
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Raipur, with a valid driver's license.
