Role Description

The Field Sales Executive Projects role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, providing consultations on customized power solutions, and negotiating sales to meet business development goals. The role also entails preparing proposals, conducting site visits for technical assessments, coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of power solutions, including gas and diesel generators, and technical aptitude to conduct site assessments
  • Visit construction sites, industrial areas, and commercial projects and identify new and ongoing projects
  • Build relationships with contractors, site engineers, and project managers
  • Collect project requirements and coordinate for quotations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Track and convert project opportunities into sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in project sales or the energy/power sector is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region for client meetings and site visits
