Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities through direct field sales. Using a consultative selling approach, the candidate will identify and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned field sales targets
• Generate business from new and existing customer accounts
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build strong relationships and maintain long-term customer engagement
• Provide accurate and timely reporting through CRM systems

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in field sales or any related domain
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM tools
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
