Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to acquire new customers, visit business locations, explain our products and services, and close sales. The role involves daily field visits, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets across assigned Hyderabad areas.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, working on the ground, and earning incentives based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned sales territory and execute daily field visit plans
  • Visit retailers, distributors, and business customers to promote products and solutions
  • Acquire new customers and increase repeat business from existing accounts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate order placement, invoicing, and collections with internal teams
  • Ensure product visibility through basic merchandising and display execution at outlets
  • Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer inputs
  • Update daily activities, leads, and sales data in CRM
  • Submit daily and weekly field sales reports

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Field or territory sales experience
  • B2B or retail sales exposure
  • Basic CRM usage (Zoho or similar)
  • MS Excel and smartphone usage

Preferred Skills

  • Channel sales or distributor handling experience
  • POS or retail software exposure
  • Trade marketing or merchandising experience

Role Expectations

  • Minimum 1+ year of field or territory sales experience
  • Comfortable with daily field travel within assigned areas
  • Ability to work independently and close deals on the ground
  • Strong discipline in reporting, collections, and follow-ups
