comprehensive services such as maintenance contracts, spare parts, repairs, and

equipment upgrades. Our mission is to maximize client success by ensuring optimal

uptime and minimal downtime.

Our Group had started the operations in year 2011 and has become the leading

remarketers, refurbishes and re-assemblers of Pre-owned Super Conductive MRIs and CT

Scanners in India. Phantom Healthcare strives to provide professional support with quality

services that are custom fit to the needs of today's growing healthcare industry. We aim to

develop long-term relationships with our clients and do our best possible to keep Imaging

equipment up-to-date and working like new.

Job Specification:-

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Executive to support and drive the

growth of our medical devices portfolio. This role combines strong sales ability with technical

expertise to deliver value-driven solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and

diagnostic centers. The ideal candidate has a background in sales track record in healthcare

or B2B sales.

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and

market research.

2) Generate leads and convert them into sales for refurbished imaging equipment

and services.

3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and

healthcare institutions.

4) Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

5) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6) Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements, delivery, and

installation.

7) Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities and industry trends.

8) Be always prepared for extensive travel across assigned regions as per business

requirements.

9) Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

10) Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction.

Education background:-

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably science).

Experience:-

1) 110 years of experience in field sales experience in health care or Medical device

company will be preferred.

2) Strong technical understanding of Medical Device/Radiology Products.

3) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4) Self-starter and ensuring deadlines.

5) Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
