Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new merchants, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, promoting Paytm's products and services, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering solutions that meet clients needs and conducting regular market analysis to stay competitive.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
  • Sales acumen, including negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to identify and take advantage of market opportunities
  • Basic understanding of digital financial services and technology platforms like UPI
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in field sales or the fintech industry is a plus
  • Flexible to work on-site and travel locally as required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
