Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gwalior, allowing for a combination of on-site presence and remote work. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with merchants, driving sales, and achieving targets. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting Paytm's offerings, onboarding merchants, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires individuals to work proactively in a field environment to expand Paytm's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with merchants and clients
  • Basic financial acumen to explain services like payment processing and digital payment systems
  • Proficiency in time management and planning to handle a hybrid work schedule effectively
  • Experience in field sales or customer relationship roles is preferred
  • A customer-oriented approach with a proactive mindset for solving issues and fostering long-term customer relations
  • Knowledge of digital payment platforms and financial solutions is an added advantage
