Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting Parks services, and building strong relationships with space owners and partners. The role involves conducting sales visits, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role will include market research, lead generation, and proactive engagement to expand Parks presence within the region.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation
  • Proven ability in sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Understanding of market research, data analysis, and lead generation techniques
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic familiarity with digital tools
  • Knowledge of parking, mobility, or real estate sectors is a plus(not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Must have 2-Wheeler and its License
