Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Insurance Executive who can generate business through direct field sales, build customer relationships, and close Life and General Insurance policies.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, explaining insurance products clearly, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation

Visit customers in the field to promote:

Life Insurance

Health Insurance

General Insurance (Motor, Personal Accident, Property, etc.)

Generate leads through:

Direct visits

References

Local networks

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Interaction & Closing

Explain insurance products, benefits, and premium details to customers

Assist customers in policy selection and documentation

Close policies and ensure timely premium collection

Policy Servicing & Follow-ups

Coordinate with office team and insurers for:

Policy issuance

Renewals

Endorsements

Follow up with customers for renewals and repeat business

Provide basic support during claims process

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain daily activity and sales reports

Ensure documentation and compliance as per IRDAI guidelines

Update customer data and follow-ups regularly

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in:

Life Insurance sales

General Insurance sales

Field sales / agency sales / direct sales

Qualification

Graduation preferred

IRDAI certification / training is an added advantage

Required Skills

Field sales experience

Good communication and convincing skills

Local market knowledge

Ability to meet sales targets

Two-wheeler preferred for field movement

Coimbatore / Tirupur

Compensation

Fixed Salary (30k-50k) + Attractive Incentives
