Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our merchant acquisition team across Delhi NCR on behalf of India's leading fintech company. In this role, you will be on the ground daily, connecting with local merchants, shopkeepers, and retail business owners to onboard them onto digital payment solutions by selling smart audio payment devices (Soundbox) and merchant QR codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Field Visits: Conduct 15 to 20 merchant/shop visits daily across assigned territories in Delhi NCR.
• Product Sales & Targets: Pitch and deploy smart audio payment devices (Soundbox) to local retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, and commercial outlets to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Merchant Onboarding: Onboard new merchants onto digital merchant payment applications and deploy merchant QR codes seamlessly.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with shopkeepers, addressing initial queries regarding payment settlements and app features.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily visit logs and submit regular field reports using mobile tracking applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or higher (Graduates welcome).
• Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills or 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Telecom, FMCG, or Fintech/Merchant Onboarding.
• Mandatory Requirements:
• Must possess a 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License.
• A working Android Smartphone.
• Key Skills:
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Street-smart attitude with high energy for continuous field activity.
• Basic familiarity with digital payments and mobile apps.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary (CTC):18,000 – 40,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
