Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and walk-ins
Explain gold loan features, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options clearly to customers
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance as per company and regulatory norms
Coordinate with the appraisal and operations team for smooth loan processing
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on renewals and repayments
Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
