Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pali for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential merchants, onboarding them to the MobiKwik platform, and maintaining strong relationships with them. They will also need to meet sales targets, gather market intelligence, and ensure merchants are well-trained on the platform. Other daily responsibilities include addressing merchant concerns, promoting new products, and reporting sales activity to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Ability to identify and onboard potential merchants
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in gathering market intelligence and meeting sales targets
  • Problem-solving skills for addressing merchant concerns
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with financial products, digital payments, or the FinTech industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
