• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, client engagement, and market analysis for identifying and pursuing potential opportunities.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge, conduct presentations, and effectively represent the brand.
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet sales goals and coordinate daily activities efficiently.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or retail industry is a bonus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, on-site role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
• Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR
