Field Sales Executive

Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company in Chennai. We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to develop hospital accounts, generate new business, and build long-term relationships with healthcare customers.

• Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres across Chennai and nearby districts.
• Build relationships with procurement teams, purchase managers, and store managers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales enquiries and coordinate with the inside sales team for quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain regular reports on customer visits, sales pipeline, and performance.

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare field sales, medical devices, surgical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or hospital supplies.
• Understanding of hospital procurement and purchasing processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Chennai and surrounding areas.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English.
• Any graduate degree.

Location: Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the second and fourth Saturdays off.
