Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive/Manager, located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include client visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role requires maintaining a proactive approach to identifying emerging market trends and opportunities, driving business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client demands and expectations. A strong focus will be placed on excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategies, lead generation, relationship management, and effective negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills essential for client interactions
  • Analytical abilities for identifying market trends and understanding customer needs
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Relevant experience in Facility Management, Payroll Management, or Recruitment services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and determination to achieve long-term client satisfaction
