Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Bahadurgarh. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting prospective and existing business clients, presenting Justdial's services and solutions, and onboarding new businesses onto the platform. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, explaining JD Omni and other offerings, negotiating and closing sales, and achieving assigned revenue and activity targets. The Field Sales Executive will maintain regular follow-ups, build long-term relationships with merchants, and gather market feedback to support product and marketing teams. The role also includes preparing daily visit reports, updating sales records accurately, and collaborating with team members and managers to drive local market growth.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong field sales and business development skills, including prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, and deal closure.
  • Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, such as active listening, persuasive presentation, and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Candidates should possess basic digital and technical skills, including comfort with mobile apps, online platforms, and using CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Candidates should possess planning and time-management skills to organize daily routes, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle objections, resolve client concerns, and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Relevant experience in field sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in the field extensively in Bahadurgarh, with familiarity with the local market and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
