Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities for EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Solutions.
- Handle industrial sales across key sectors:
- PEB
- Ports & Shipyards
- Infrastructure & EPC Projects
- Heavy Engineering Industries
- Generate inquiries, conduct customer visits, and convert leads into orders.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project companies, and end users.
- Travel extensively across assigned territories in South India (minimum 15 days/month).
Special Vacancy 1 – South India Business Development (1 Position Exclusive)
One position will be exclusively focused on:
- Expanding business across South India (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad)
- Generating inquiries and converting to the orders from the customer`s database.
- Strengthening regional market presence
- Identifying upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects
Special Vacancy 2 – Channel Partner Development (1 Position Exclusive)
One dedicated Field Sales Executive will specifically focus on:
- Appointment and development of dealers/channel partners across South India.
- Distributor network expansion for cranes and hoists.
- Dealer performance management and support.
- Conducting channel meetings, training, and market activation activities.
Special Vacancy 3 – Field Sales Executive (2 Position Exclusive)
- One dedicated Field Sales Executive will specifically focus on:
- Generate new inquiries and business opportunities for EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment.
- Conduct regular customer visits and industrial meetings.
- Develop business in key sectors:
- Ports & Shipyards
- Railways & Metro Projects
- Infrastructure & EPC
- PEB Companies
- Steel, Cement & Heavy Engineering Industries
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in industrial/project sales
Background in cranes, hoists, material handling, PEB, EPC, or infrastructure sectors preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Self-driven and result-oriented approach
