Field Sales Executive in Pune

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
• Acquire and onboard construction companies, contractors, infrastructure firms, and machine owners onto the platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and equipment suppliers.
• Understand customer equipment rental requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform benefits to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth.
