Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate raw leads and actively follow up until conversion, including inside sales activities, new customer acquisition, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to expand the organization's reach and generate qualified leads.
  • Execute the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, understanding client problem statements, preparing feasibility reports, presenting solution concepts, proposal generation, and final negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct calls and client visits to present company offerings and discuss business opportunities.
  • Develop a clear understanding of market trends and the pricing structure of company products and services.
  • Travel as required to meet clients, explore business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Identify and visit potential clients while following up with previous customers for additional sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support and product-related assistance whenever required.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to improve business growth and market presence.
