Key Responsibilities
- Generate raw leads and actively follow up until conversion, including inside sales activities, new customer acquisition, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to expand the organization's reach and generate qualified leads.
- Execute the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, understanding client problem statements, preparing feasibility reports, presenting solution concepts, proposal generation, and final negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of current and prospective customers.
- Conduct calls and client visits to present company offerings and discuss business opportunities.
- Develop a clear understanding of market trends and the pricing structure of company products and services.
- Travel as required to meet clients, explore business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Identify and visit potential clients while following up with previous customers for additional sales opportunities.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and product-related assistance whenever required.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to improve business growth and market presence.
