Key Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and develop new business opportunities with corporate and institutional clients
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing B2B customers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking
- Present product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure timely order execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and pipelines in CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve client issues, if any
