Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role will also include promoting and demonstrating the company's intralogistics solutions to meet client needs, facilitating the preparation of proposals and presentations, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and preparing strategic sales plans
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment or intralogistics systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in tracking and managing sales data and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle client interactions effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing sector
