Job Description

Field Sales Executive – HRMS Software

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Experience: 2-5 Years (Mandatory)

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with proven experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, ERP, SaaS, Attendance, or Workforce Management Software.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and conduct client meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate HRJEE HRMS software.
  • Meet HR Heads, Admin Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Prepare proposals and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Requirements:

    • 1-5 years of experience in HRMS/ERP/SaaS software sales.
    • Strong B2B field sales and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in lead generation, product demos, and closures.
    • Own vehicle preferred.

  • Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives

    Note: Candidates without relevant HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or Software Sales experience will not be considered.

    KPI Targets
    • 80+ Client Meetings per Month
    • 30+ Product Demonstrations per Month
    • 15+ Qualified Opportunities per Month
    • 2-5 New Customer Closures per Month
    • Consistent Achievement of Monthly Revenue Targets

  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

    Candidates with prior experience in HRMS, Payroll, ERP, SaaS, Workforce Management, Attendance, or Enterprise Software Sales will be given priority.
