Role Description The Field Sales Executive will identify and visit potential and existing customers, present the company's packaging products, and promote suitable solutions based on client needs. The role includes generating new leads, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, and closing orders. The Executive will regularly follow up on deliveries and payments, maintain accurate sales records and visit reports, and provide feedback from the market to support pricing, product development, and marketing. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams for quotations, samples, and after-sales support, while meeting assigned sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in packaging, industrial products, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Ability to plan daily sales routes, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet targets.
  • Basic understanding of packaging materials (e.g., corrugated and food packaging products) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfort with maintaining sales reports, using basic office software or CRM tools, and reporting progress to management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in India for client visits.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, customer-focused mindset, and readiness to work in a performance-driven environment.
