About the Role:
Guava Organics is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our retail presence across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners and driving product visibility in organic stores and supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit organic stores, supermarkets, and retail outlets regularly
Introduce and promote Guava Organics products to store owners and managers
Secure product listings and ensure proper shelf placement
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain records of store visits, listings, and sales progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales (FMCG/retail experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Ability to travel within Hyderabad
Basic reporting and documentation skills
