Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Surat. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, providing pre-sales consultancy and demonstrations, and offering post-sales support including training and customization. Day-to-day tasks involve meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting Tally solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management and client service expertise
- Ability to provide pre-sales consultancy and demonstrations
- Post-sales support skills including training and customization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Tally software
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
