We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Specialist with a proven track record in selling high-tech educational or corporate training solutions. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our AI and IoT workshop portfolio. The ideal candidate isn't just a salesperson; they are a consultant who understands the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things and can articulate that value to academic institutions, corporate HRs, and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities within the corporate training and academic sectors for our specialized AI and IoT workshops.

Technical Consulting: Act as a bridge between Focalyt's technical team and the client, explaining complex concepts (like Neural Networks, Edge Computing, or Sensor Integration) in a way that aligns with the client's business or educational goals.

Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, industry events, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of decision-makers (CXOs, Dean of Placements, Training Managers).

Customized Proposals: Create tailored workshop curriculum proposals that meet the specific needs of different industries (e.g., IoT for Manufacturing, AI for Data Analytics).

Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat workshop bookings and upsell advanced certification programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or Corporate Training.

Technical Literacy: A strong foundational understanding of:

AI/ML: Knowledge of how AI is applied in real-world scenarios.

IoT: Familiarity with hardware-software integration, sensors, and connectivity.

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; ability to pitch to both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close mid-to-high-value contracts.

Education: A degree in B.Tech/B.E, BCA, or an MBA with a technical background is highly preferred.
