Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is comfortable working primarily on-site and travelling to different locations for client visits, lead generation, and business development activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is field-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers in Hindi and English both. The candidate will spend most of their working hours visiting sites and meeting potential customers rather than working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular site visits and field visits to meet potential and existing customers.

* Generate leads through on-ground visits, references, and local market activities.

* Explain the company's products/services to prospective customers.

* Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for further processing.

* Follow up with leads and customers to convert enquiries into sales.

* Maintain regular records of site visits, leads, and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers and local contacts.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales and field-visit targets.

* Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in field sales, on-ground sales, business development, or a similar role.

* Good working knowledge of Hindi and the ability to interact with customers confidently.

* Must be comfortable with extensive field/site visits and spending most of the working day on-site.

* Good local-area knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

* Should be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.

* Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is a must
