Role: Sales Expecutive
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
CTC: 3 to 5 LPA + incentives
Responsibilities:
The Sales Officer will be crucial in driving revenue growth through both traditional field sales and the development of strategic embedded finance partnerships.
A. Core Field Sales & Client Acquisition
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients (B2B/B2C).
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell loan products tailored to meet specific customer needs.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the application and documentation processes.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
B. Embedded Finance & Partnership Development
- Partnership Development & Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners (e.g., fintech platforms, e-commerce providers) for embedded finance solutions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities within the embedded finance ecosystem.
- Integration Oversight: Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to ensure the seamless technical integration of financial services into partner platforms.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to finalize partnership terms and implementation details.
Performance & Relationship Management:
- Track and evaluate the success of partnerships and financial products, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
- Revenue Growth: Directly drive revenue through successful embedded partnerships and the uptake of financial products on partner platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing.
- 15 years of proven experience in the finance, insurance, or banking sectors. Expertise in partnerships, business development, or embedded finance is highly valued.
- Prior experience in sourcing, managing, and integrating financial products into third-party platforms is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in market analysis. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with financial services platforms and embedded finance technology.
- Understanding of product integration and platform operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
