Farmelite is Hiring | Market Development & Field Sales Intern

Farmelite is growing, and we're looking for energetic people who want hands-on experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution and market development.

Locations: Patna | Bengaluru | Mumbai

Role: Market Development & Field Sales Intern

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: 5,000–9,000/month + performance incentives

What you'll do:

• Visit grocery stores, supermarkets & dry-fruit stores

• Introduce Farmelite products to retailers

• Generate new retail outlets and orders

• Build retailer relationships & follow-ups

• Identify potential distributors/stockists

• Track competitor products, pricing & promotions

• Collect market feedback

• Maintain daily sales & market reports

Who we're looking for:

Good communication skills

Comfortable with field work

Confident approaching retailers

Comfortable handling rejection

Smartphone + basic Google Sheets/WhatsApp skills

Hindi + local language preferred

Students, freshers & graduates can apply

Previous sales/FMCG experience is a plus, not mandatory

We care more about attitude, communication and execution than your degree.

This is a hands-on opportunity to understand how a consumer food brand builds its retail and distribution network from the ground up.

Strong performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity after the internship.
