Eva Bharat is a growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising company based in Jaipur. We operate premium digital screens across high-footfall zones and help brands scale their visibility with smart, tech-driven advertising. We are expanding our on-ground sales team and looking for passionate field sales professionals who can build relationships and close deals.

Role: Field Sales Executive

This is a field-intensive role where the candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their advertising needs, and offering DOOH solutions. The candidate must be comfortable traveling within Jaipur and confident in presenting our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients (brands, retailers, agencies, corporates, SMEs).
• Pitch our DOOH advertising solutions and explain screen locations, reach, and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Generate leads from personal visits, networking, and field research.
• Give presentations and demos to clients about advertising placement.
• Coordinate with the inside sales team for follow-ups and documentation.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales status on CRM/Sheets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming brand campaigns.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English).
• Strong negotiation & persuasion ability.
• Confident personality with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to understand and explain marketing/advertising solutions.
• Comfortable traveling across Jaipur.
• Good understanding of local markets (added advantage).
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Prior experience in field sales/media sales/outdoor advertising is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate (mandatory).
• 13 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
