Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Field Sales Executive role, located in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires conducting client meetings, handling inquiries, and providing tailored solutions based on customer requirements. The candidate will also be required to collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales and post-sales to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, cloud technologies, and software applications, including Tally and CRM solutions
  • Ability to assess customer needs, provide recommendations, and create customized solutions
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of the local market, especially in Jaipur and surrounding regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Experience in the IT or technology sector is an advantage
