We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
