Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for Paytm business operations. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Paytm QR Codes, Sound Box devices and EDC Machine to petrol pumps and retail shops. The role includes both sales and service support, maintaining strong relationships with merchants, and ensuring regular market visits.

·        Promote and sell Paytm QR Codes, Sound Box devices and EDC Machine to retail shops and petrol pumps.

·        Generate new merchant onboarding and maintain customer relationships.

·        Visit shops regularly for sales, service, and support activities.

·        Install and activate QR Code, Sound Box devices and EDC Machine at merchant locations.

·        Resolve merchant issues and provide after-sales service.

·        Achieve sales targets through field visits and market coverage.

·        Maintain daily sales and customer visit records.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by onboarding retail shops and petroleum pumps for Paytm services.
• Promote and sell Paytm QR Scan systems and Sound Box devices and EDC Machine.
• Conduct field visits and meetings with shop owners and business partners.
• Explain product features, digital payment benefits, and service usage to merchants.
• Install and activate QR codes, Sound Box devices and EDC Machine at merchant locations.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve merchant queries or issues.
• Revisit existing retail shops for relationship management and service support.
• Ensure merchant satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for activation, service, and support requirements.

• Smartphone and application handling knowledge.

Qualification

• Minimum HSC / Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in field sales, banking, fintech, or FMCG sales will be preferred.

Experience

• Experience in merchant onboarding, QR sales, Sound Box sales and EDC Machine.
• Knowledge of retail market and petrol pump operations.
