Role Description

The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, building long-term customer relationships, promoting the company's range of medical equipment, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties involve conducting product demonstrations, addressing client concerns, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance are also required to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Technical knowledge of medical equipment (x ray and flat panel detector).
• Capability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications
• Proficiency in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
