About the Role

DQODIFY is hiring a Business Development Executive for our CRM AI Assistant Tool, an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses automate lead management, follow-ups, customer communication, and sales processes.

You will be responsible for meeting potential clients, demonstrating the product, and driving B2B sales across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Visit businesses, offices, and potential clients daily

Generate and manage B2B sales opportunities

Present and demo the CRM AI Assistant Tool to non-technical buyers

Explain how the tool helps automate leads, follow-ups, reminders, and customer communication

Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers

Convert leads into long-term customers

Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and follow-ups

Maintain regular client interactions and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

1–2 years of B2B field sales experience

Experience in software, SaaS, CRM, or technology sales preferred

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English

Ability to explain and demonstrate the product to non-technical clients

Comfortable with daily field visits and client meetings

Own vehicle is required

Basic understanding of sales, customer management, and digital tools
