Role Description

The Field Sales Executive (Doctor Onboarding to SaaS) role involves directly engaging and onboarding doctors and clinics onto the DocKey platform. This internship position requires reaching out to healthcare providers, demonstrating the platform's features, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The candidate will also gather feedback to improve the user experience. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with doctors and clinic staff, lead generation, and ability to close sales effectively.
• Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Customer Support and Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and the ability to address customer concerns effectively and provide tailored solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS solutions, basic understanding of how digital tools can enhance workflow, and comfort in using and explaining technology.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or SaaS products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience preferred.
