We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our established plywood manufacturing and supply company, a trusted name in the production and distribution of high-quality plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint among architects and interior designers by building strong client relationships and driving sales through strategic outreach and product demonstration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to on-field engagement, with a strong command of English and a willingness to work full-time in a field-based environment. You will leverage both company-provided and self-sourced databases to identify and convert opportunities, contributing directly to business growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person meetings with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
Gather client requirements and understand their annual project projections and design needs.
Effectively present and pitch our range of products, including plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets.
Convert client meetings into successful sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Maintain and grow a personal database of potential clients, complementing the company's existing database.
Travel regularly to client locations and manage field activities independently with minimal supervision.
Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to enhance sales performance.

English-speaking proficiency with education in English medium from Class 1 to Class 10.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler for field work.
Proficient in handling mobile devices and navigating social media platforms and mobile applications.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently for extended hours (89 hours daily) in field-based settings.
Willingness to work full-time in a non-hybrid, on-site field role with no preference for remote or work-from-home arrangements.
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior field sales experience (1+ year) is preferred but not mandatory.
