Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Property Sourcing Executive to identify and source properties for business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or real estate/property sourcing and be willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable properties from assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits and market surveys to locate potential property opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and local contacts.
• Collect and verify property-related information and documentation.
• Negotiate with property owners and facilitate property acquisition processes.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and sourcing updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Polytechnic / ITI / Diploma / Degree holders.
• Prior experience in sales, field sales, business development, or real estate/property sourcing is mandatory.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of property documentation and local market dynamics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sourcing targets.

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Candidates should be ready to travel for 20–25 days per month across assigned locations.
