The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated territory, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
