Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhansi. This role involves meeting prospective clients in person, explaining health insurance plans aligned with Affordable Care Act guidelines, and recommending suitable coverage options. The Field Sales Executive will conduct regular outreach in assigned territories, build and maintain relationships with individuals and families, and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals. Daily tasks include presenting product information, addressing questions and concerns, assisting clients with application and enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on policy changes, product updates, and compliance requirements, while consistently working toward sales targets and service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in field sales, client relationship management, and territory outreach, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, understandable language.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products and Affordable Care Act principles, with a willingness to learn and stay current on policy updates.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in on-site, field-based environments in and around Jhansi.
- Ability to maintain organized records, manage multiple client interactions, and use digital tools or CRM systems to track leads and sales.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory customer service and respect for diverse backgrounds and needs.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in health insurance, banking, or direct sales is highly beneficial; local market knowledge in Jhansi is a plus.
