Role Description

This is a commission-based Field Sales Executive – Car Accessories role operating in Kochi, Kerala (Field Work + Work From Home flexibility).

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Voeux's dealer and retailer network by visiting local car accessory markets, introducing products to shop owners, generating new business opportunities, and onboarding retail partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting car accessory markets and retailers in assigned areas
  • Presenting Voeux products and building dealer relationships
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding clientele
  • Coordinating dealer orders with the company team
  • Achieving sales targets through dealer onboarding and repeat orders
  • Collecting market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with retailers and distributors

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Interest or knowledge in car accessories or automotive aftermarket industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently
  • Result-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial attitude
  • Basic smartphone usage and WhatsApp communication skills required
  • Local market familiarity is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in field sales, automobile sales, or distribution is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
