About the Role

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and relationship building for our omnichannel communication platform. The role involves meeting enterprise and mid-market clients in person, understanding their business needs, and positioning our communication solutions in a consultative manner. This role is focused on face-to-face client interactions, opportunity development, and account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-ground meetings with enterprise and mid-market clients in Indore and nearby locations
  • Present company offerings across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email solutions
  • Understand customer communication workflows and identify business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects based on requirements, volume, and decision authority
  • Coordinate with inside sales, pre-sales, and onboarding teams for demos and proposals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and business stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate visit reports, follow-ups, and pipeline updates
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
  • Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Professional attitude with good presentation skills
  • Comfortable with local travel for client meetings
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and time-management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, Telecom, IT services, or Digital marketing is preferred

  • This is a professional B2B field sales position.
