Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive - B2B & Corporate, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying, acquiring, and managing B2B clients and corporate accounts, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and effectively presenting solutions to clients. The role will require regular market visits, conducting sales presentations, strategizing engagement approaches for corporate clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to corporate and B2B clients
  • 5-6 Daily visits in corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and account management
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of business development processes and experience in market research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in corporate and trade channel sales, preferably with exposure to institutional or brand distribution markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus
