Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in the Lucknow Area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will actively identify sales opportunities, manage sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service to secure new business while fostering long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and account management.
  • Knowledge of ventilation systems, air purification technologies, or related product domains is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Time management, organizational abilities, and capability to work independently or as part of a hybrid environment.
  • Basic understanding of market trends and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in presenting product demonstrations and addressing customer queries.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior sales experience in HVAC or similar industries is a plus.
