Job Summary

The Field Executive will be responsible for promoting courses and driving admissions through direct outreach. The role includes visiting schools and colleges, creating awareness about programs, and supporting lead generation and data collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit schools, colleges, and institutions to promote admissions and add-on courses.

2. Conduct awareness sessions on current industry trends, workshops, live shows, and expos.

3. Build relationships with principals, placement officers, and coordinators.

4. Represent the organization at events, seminars, and exhibitions.

5. Generate leads and support admission conversions.

6. Collect and maintain accurate student data.

7. Provide course and career guidance information.

8. Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and updates.

9. Submit regular field reports and updates.

10. Gather market insights and competitor information.

Skills & Requirements

1. Strong communication and presentation skills.

2. Confidence in public speaking.

3. Willingness to travel within Kochi and across Kerala.

4. Awareness of current trends like live shows, workshops, events, and expos.

5. Ability to build professional relationships.

6. Basic data collection and reporting skills.

7. Target-oriented mindset.
